These terms govern your use of Aimwise. By adding the bot to a Discord server, or by running any Aimwise command, you agree to them.
Aimwise ("the Service", "we", "us") is a Discord bot that generates AI coaching reads from Valorant match screenshots you upload. It is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY], [BUSINESS ADDRESS].
The Service is in beta. Features, limits, and pricing may change, and availability is not guaranteed.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you must be at least the age of digital consent in your country (13 to 16 depending on where you live).
You must also comply with the Discord Terms of Service and, in respect of the game itself, Riot Games' terms. We are not responsible for your compliance with either.
You upload a post-match screenshot. We extract the visible statistics from it, send those statistics to an AI model, and return a written coaching read to you by direct message. Where you have enough stored history, the read includes a pattern section computed across your recent matches.
Aimwise reads only what you upload. It does not connect to the Valorant client, read game memory, access the Riot API, or interact with the game in any way. Linking a Riot ID with /link stores a name for display purposes only — it does not fetch anything from Riot.
Your Aimwise account is keyed to your Discord user ID. You are responsible for activity that happens through your Discord account. If you lose access to that Discord account, we cannot transfer your history to a new one.
"No fixed cap" on Elite is subject to fair use. Automated, scripted, or bulk submission is not fair use, and we may rate-limit or suspend accounts that do it. We may also apply a service-wide daily capacity limit; when it is reached, reviews are declined until it resets.
Server installs require approval during beta. We may decline, pause, or revoke any server's access, and we apply a monthly review cap per server.
Pro and Elite are recurring monthly subscriptions. Payment is taken through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Your subscription renews automatically every month, at the then-current price, until you cancel it. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not retroactively refund the period you are already in. See the Refunds & Cancellation policy for how to cancel and when refunds apply.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may be added at checkout. If we change the price of a plan, we will give you notice before it applies to your renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
If a payment fails, we may retry it and may downgrade or suspend your plan until payment succeeds.
Coaching reads are generated by an AI model from the numbers visible in your screenshot. They are statistical commentary, not professional coaching, and not advice of any kind you should rely on beyond what it plainly is.
The model can be wrong. It can misread a screenshot, mis-attribute a row on the scoreboard, or compute a pattern from data that was extracted incorrectly. We make no guarantee that following a read will improve your performance, your rank, or anything else. Check the numbers in a read against your own scoreboard before acting on it.
You keep ownership of everything you upload. By uploading a screenshot or clip, you grant us the limited licence needed to run the Service: to process the file, send its contents to our AI provider to generate your read, and store the resulting statistics and read as your match history.
You are responsible for what is in the files you upload. Do not upload screenshots containing other people's personal information, private messages, or anything you do not have the right to share.
If you press Share to Reviews, your coaching read and the source screenshot are posted to a public channel in that Discord server. That is your choice and your publication — once it is posted, server members can see it, and we cannot recall it from anyone who has already seen it.
Your use of the Service is subject to the Acceptable Use policy, which forms part of these terms. Breaching it can get your access suspended or terminated.
We provide no uptime guarantee. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, for reasons outside our control, or because a third party we depend on (Discord, Stripe, our AI provider, our host) is unavailable. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, including features currently described on this site.
You may stop using the Service at any time, cancel your subscription, and request deletion of your data.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use policy, if we are required to by law or by Discord, or if your usage threatens the stability or cost of the Service. Where a termination is not your fault and you have paid for a period you can no longer use, we will refund the unused portion.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any coaching read will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, rank, progress, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) fifty US dollars.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or, if you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights.
You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from content you upload or share through the Service, or from your breach of these terms.
The Service depends on Discord, Stripe, our AI provider, and our hosting provider. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord's terms; your payments are governed by Stripe's terms. We are not responsible for those services. The Privacy Policy names each provider and what it receives.
Aimwise is an independent tool. It is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections and any right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice in the Discord server before they take effect. Continued use after a change takes effect is acceptance of the revised terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
