Aimwise is a Discord bot that provides AI-generated Apex Legends coaching. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What We Collect

Your Discord user ID (to identify your account)
Match statistics you submit: placement, kills, assists, knockdowns, damage dealt, survival time
Your chosen legend name (if provided)
Coaching reads generated for your matches
Subscription tier (free, pro, or elite)

What We Don't Collect

Your username, email address, or any personal identifiers beyond your Discord ID
Messages you send in Discord
Any data from other Discord servers
Payment details (handled entirely by Stripe)

How We Use Your Data

Match history is stored to power pattern analysis — the feature that identifies trends across your last 20 matches. Without stored history, the bot cannot provide longitudinal coaching. We do not use your data to train AI models or sell it to third parties.

Data Retention

Your match history is retained while you use the Service. You can delete all stored history at any time using the /dev clear-history command (or by contacting us).

Third Parties

We use Anthropic's Claude API to generate coaching reads. Match data is sent to Anthropic as part of each API call. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing hello@aimwise.gg. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
